What's in the box

The bag with its pump built in. The Trip set has one of each size. No charging cable: use any USB-C cable, like your phone's.

Care

  • Charge it fully before your first trip.
  • Wipe off dust with a dry cloth. For marks, use a damp cloth and mild soap. Don't soak it or machine wash it.
  • Let it dry in the shade, not in direct sun.
  • Keep the valve and charging port dry.

Which size should I choose?

20L: a weekend away, 3 to 5 days of clothes. It fits in a carry-on. 25L: a week or more, for a carry-on or an 18–24 in suitcase. 42L: winter coats, a duvet or two weeks of clothes, for 26–28 in suitcases. Trip set: one of each, for less than buying them separately.
Will it arrive before my trip?

It usually ships within 2–3 business days, then takes 6–9 business days to arrive. Shipping is free to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. We email you a tracking link when it ships.
How flat will my clothes go?

It depends on what you pack. T-shirts, sweaters and soft layers press down the most; jeans and jackets a bit less.
Will there be room for souvenirs on the way home?

Yes. Pack your clothes back in, zip it and hold the button, and it goes flat again. Charge it before you head home.
How long does it stay flat?

Until you open the zip. The airtight zip and the cap keep the air out.
Does it make my suitcase lighter?

No. It saves space, not weight. Your clothes weigh the same, so check your airline's weight limit if you pack extra.
Does it come with a charging cable?

No. Use any USB-C cable, like your phone's.
Is the zip stiff?

It's firm because it's airtight. Lay the bag flat and pull slowly by the loop, and it closes all the way.
What if it doesn't suit my suitcase?

Send it back unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us first and we'll tell you where to send it.
Do I save by buying more than one?

Yes. During this week's sale, two 20L bags are $85 instead of $100 for two single bags, and the other sizes save the same way. The Trip set is $140 instead of $165 for all three sizes bought separately. The sale ends Sunday, Nov 8, 11:59 pm ET.
Can I take it on a plane?

Yes. The battery is small (1000 mAh) and well under airline limits, so it's fine in your carry-on. In a checked bag, keep the cap closed so the button can't be pressed, and check your airline's rules for devices with batteries.
How do I unpack at the hotel?

Open the zip and the air comes back in.
Can I use it to store bedding at home?

Yes. The 42L fits a duvet or winter coats.
Do I need a vacuum cleaner?

No. The pump is built in. Just charge it and hold the button.
Is it waterproof?

It's coated nylon with an airtight zip, so spills wipe off. Don't soak it or put it in the wash.
