These Terms of Service apply when you use the Doverfield Home online store or buy from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Using our store

To place an order you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You agree not to use the store for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works.

Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but colors can look different on different screens, and small variations between items can occur. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct errors in descriptions at any time.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed through Shopify Checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page. Responsibility for an order passes to you when it's delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Using our products

Read the care and use notes on the product page before using any product, and use each product only as described there.

Our content

The text, images, logos and design of this store belong to Doverfield Home or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimer

To the extent allowed by law, the store and its products are provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those stated in our policies or required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Doverfield Home is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted on this page.
