Shipping & Returns

We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Orders ship within 24 hours, with tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Our suppliers ship directly to you, so items from different suppliers travel separately. Each package has its own tracking link, and you won't pay extra shipping for the split.

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

1. Email doverfieldmarket@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with a return address and instructions. Please don't send items to the address on the package, as it may not be ours.
3. Pack the items securely and keep your shipping receipt until your refund arrives.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay to send anything back.

When your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show it.
